- 1 tsp baking powder or 1/2 tsp of baking soda (add one thing)
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 tsp namak or for taste
- Cheiken with red sauce or(machorian):
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup chilli ketchup
- 1/3 tsp kali mirch
- 1 tsp hot sauce if available if not add chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar if you like not more sour sauce
- 1/4 tsp galic paste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Singaporian rice sauce Prepration:
- 200 ml cream(fresh cream) one pack
- I cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chilli ketchup
- Pinch kali mirch
