- 1/2 kg chicken boneless

- 2 tbsp minced garlic

- 1 tsp parsley
- For Yellow Rice
- 1 &1/2 cup basmati rice
- 1 &1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 &1/2 tsp zeera
- 1 &1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cups water
- 1 knorr cube
- For White Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp lemon 🍋 juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- For Red Sauce
- 2 tomatoes 🍅
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tomato 🍅 puree
- 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon 🍋 juice
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 8-10 button chilli
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
Steps to make to make Halal Guys Chicken & Rice Platter ❤️
- CHICKEN
In a bow add chicken boneless thigh pieces along with olive 🫒 oil, garlic, cayenne pepper powder, parsley, coriander powder & lemon 🍋 juice. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Keep in refrigerator. Then grill or pan fry on medium to high flame. - YELLOW RICE
Add butter to a pan and once melted add rice & toss for 2-3 minutes.
Next add cumin, paprika powder & turmeric. Mix well.
Add 3 cups of water with knorr cube.
Bring it to a boil, then cover & let it cook on low heat for 15-18 minutes or till the rice are cooked. - WHITE SAUCE
Mix mayonnaise with yogurt.
Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder, fresh parsley, lemon juice & vinegar.
Mix well & refrigerate till ready to use. - RED HOT SAUCE
Add tomatoes, puree, salt, sugar, cayenne pepper, button chilli, vinegar, parsley,lemon juice, onion powder, sriracha sauce, black pepper powder & garlic.
Blend together till forms a sooth paste.
Set aside till ready to use. - ASSEMBLING
Take a beautiful Platter.
Add rice.
Add sliced tomatoes 🍅 & Lettuce 🥬.
Placed Toasted Pita bread (Brushed some butter & garlic powder while toasting)
Add chicken on rice.
