- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup curd
- As required water
- As required Oil for frying
- As per taste salt
- 1 chopped chilli
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- handful coriander leaves (chopped one)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup rava(semolina)
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 2 tsp grated coconut
Instructions to make to make Oats dosa
- Firstly take 1/2 cup of oats and make fine powder of it
- Add rice flour, oats powder, semolina, chopped onion in a mixing bowl
- Also add grated coconut, cumin seeds, salt, coriander leaves, ginger, chopped green chilli and curd
- Add some water and make free flowing batter and then keep it aside for 15 mins
- After 15 min grease some oil in a pan and pour dosa, keep in medium flame,once cooked flip to other side
