  2. Zeera or sabut garam Masala Dal kar fry krien.
  3. Onion add kar ke fry krien.
  4. Jab onion golden brown hojay potatoes add krien.
  5. Potatoes ko 3 to 4 Minutes fry krien.
  6. Ginger garlic paste add kar ke fry krien.
  7. Ab tomatoes, yogurt, salt or green chilli paste add krien.
  8. Cover kar medium low flame krdien.
  9. Jab tomatoes soft hojaien tb achi tarah bhoonien.
  10. Ab boiled sabut masoor or rice add krien.
  11. Salt, garam Masala Powder, 2 tbsp ghee add krien
  12. Water add krien ke rice cook hojaien.
  13. Cover kar ke dum par rakhdein.
