  4. Add crushed bilasta (fried onions) and curd with fried potatoes and leave on sim
  5. Fry boiled eggs on medium heat and keep it aside,once your masala is nicely cooked and oil separates add rice on top
  6. Cook rice on a different wok, once cooked 90 percent transfer it on the masala wok
  7. Garnish coriander leaves,bilasta and egg on top
