  1. Take and rinse it,in a pressure cooker boil water for taken rice,add cinnamon, cumin,Bayleaf,salt,butter,green cardamom, cloves,star leaves.
  2. Cook the rice in whistle,now marinate the potatoes,paneer and peas.
  3. Curd,salt,coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste,coriander leaves, mint leaves,biryani masala, dry mango powder mix all in a bowl now add fried onions, boiled peas,chopped potatoes and paneer.leave it for 15 minutes.
  4. In a big container take oil and fry the marinated ingredients for 5 to 7 minutes, then add one layer of cooked rice,
  5. In rice pour kewra essence, saffron milk,fried onions, biryani masala then add one more layer of rice in cover it nycly.
  6. Only for 10 minutes cooking.last layer of coriander leaves,mint leaves and biryani masala
  7. Serve hot with curd raita.
